We are all faced with an ever increasing volume of commitments and demands.  From all the incoming emails, to a never ending stream of meetings, conference calls, seeing and serving your clients, and a load of projects.  That, of course, is just on the business end of our life.  When we get home we have more emails, home projects, activities to attend, and trying to squeeze in family time. It can all get rather overwhelming!  In Managing Yourself and Everything On Your Plate, James addresses the key elements for getting control over all that "stuff" and reducing the overwhelm.  This session can be delivered in 30 - 90 minutes, as requested.

You will learn the key behaviors and elements for managing yourself and everything you have going on in your life, both personal and professional.  Participants will be able to identify the components of the three areas of their life that must be maintained.  Participants will also learn why keeping an inventory of "Things To Finish" is so critically important to being able to focus on the right things. Most importantly, participants will gain an understanding of why managing yourself is a crucial piece of the puzzle for living a life of being Up or Getting Up (But Never Down.)
