James Stevenson

With over 30 years of experience in business, James brings a wealth of insight and practical know-how to his audiences. James’ professional background includes senior leadership positions in banking, finance, and corporate education with such companies as Bank of America, MBNA, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

James has been presenting and coaching senior executives for diverse organizations as CNN, Humana and NASA. With his extensive financial management background, James has expertise in the banking, financial services and consulting industries and has presented in Belgium, Mexico, Africa, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Canada. He also has considerable experience with Human Resources and Organizational Development. Included among his many speaking engagements, James delivered the keynote speech to the leadership team of Allianz Global Investors and taught productivity principles to the Leadership Development Program at Intel.

James is an inspiring and entertaining speaker with a proven track record of delivering high-impact training and coaching to a variety of audiences from college students to Senior Executives.   A veteran of the classroom, James has developed and delivered programs on subjects including: leadership, communications, creativity, productivity, conflict resolution, and personal financial management.  James' signature program, "Up or Getting Up (But Never Down), is designed to help individuals lead a more joyful, fulfilling, and productive life.  

James holds a degree in Finance from Hardin Simmons University and a graduate degree in business from the University of Texas at Dallas.
